When is the North Course opening?
Following the grand opening festivities March 22-March 28, the North Course will open for public play on March 29th. Stay tuned for details on an exciting contest to win tee times on opening day!
How do I sign up for the VIP and Grand Opening Events?
Visit the registration link and sign up online.
What are North Course public golf rates?
Rates will be $55 to $99 depending on day and times. Specific dates & rates will be available online starting in mid-March.
What are the Alameda resident rates?
Resident rates are being reviewed with the City and will be posted once finalized, estimated sometime in mid-March.
Will there be a 9-hole rate?
Yes, the existing 9-hole morning rate will be offered Monday through Thursday.
What is the junior rate on the North Course?
The junior rate on the North Course will be the same as the South Course: Mon-Thu $10 walk up / $25 reserved times & $25 Fri-Sat. Afternoon play times based on the seasonal schedule are free.
When and how can I make a tee time for the North Course?
Mid-March.
Will carts be allowed on the North Course?
Yes, however, some weekdays may be limited to walking while the course matures.
Will walking be allowed on the North Course?
Yes, on all days.
Who designed the North Course and what style of course is it?
Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course Architects designed the North in the style of Scottish golf courses.
What is par on the North, and how long does it play?
North Course will be a Par 72 playing around 6,500 yards from the back tees.
How playable is the course for beginners?
There are 5 sets of tees to allow for all levels of play. The course will be playable for all skill levels while challenging better players.
Are there a lot of water hazards?
There are more water hazards than the South Course with some waterways expanded from the former North Course.
Are there restrooms and water stations on the course?
Yes, there are two restrooms and water stations available near holes (#5, 7, 11, & 14) and near (#9&12).
